User agreement #geishafashion
At Geisha we are curious about your outfit and how you combine it. Your pictures on social media inspire us and other Geisha fans and we like to show them on our webshop. When you post a photo on social media with accompanying text and #geishafashion we ask for your permission to show it on our webshop. If we want to publish your photo, we'll send you a message asking if we can use your photo on our social media channels, on our webshop and any other communication such as our newsletters.
With #yesgeisha you give us permission to publish your photo. With this permission you declare the following:
- You are the sole owner of the content with which you have placed #geishafashion and you have the permission of all the people in the photos.
- If products of another brand are shown in the photo and the brand is mentioned in your photo, Geisha will also mention this brand when we share your photo. If there are other brands shown in your photo that are not mentioned, Geisha cannot mention that brand.
- You give Geisha a non-exclusive commercial right to use and reproduce for commercial purposes the content via our services or third party services. There are no restrictions or limitations to this.
- Geisha or a third party on behalf of Geisha may use your Content for the purpose of creating derivative works from it. You have no right of access to or approval of such derivative content or the purpose for which it is used.
- You waive any royalty claims for your content or derivative works.
Geisha will make reasonable efforts to credit you as the content creator and to link to your content or account, but is under no obligation to do so. It is also not a condition of using your content. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions and do not grant permission to use your content, we fully understand.
By giving this permission, you declare that you own the photo. The photo is not yours and you have already given permission? Please let us know at webshop@geishafashion.eu.
Revoking consent
You can always let us know if you no longer wish to share a photo with us. Send us an email with the direct link to your photo via webshop@geishafashion.eu
