The cost is €3.95 if you use the delivery service DHL. Of course, the order can also be returned via another carrier, but then the extra costs will be yours. Place the products to be returned in the original, if reasonably possible, packaging. Stick the return label over the original shipping label on the packaging or use the QR code and include the completed return form. Products do not need to be registered for return online. Bring the return to a DHL service point (for the nearest location, please check dhlparcel.co.uk) and keep the proof of posting with Track & Trace code.
Products will be processed within 5 working days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price of the returned products (excluding any shipping costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice via the payment method used for the purchase. The cost of €3.95 will be deducted from the refundable amount afterwards.
