Geisha greatly values the protection of your personal data. In this privacy policy, we want to provide clear and transparent information about how we handle personal data. We use personal data to optimize our services and our offer on geishafashion.eu and social media channels. It might be good to know that we use a secure SSL connection when you place an order on our webshop. We register the color and size of your order not only to deliver you the right product but also for marketing purposes. Your name, (delivery) address and payment details are necessary for the processing and delivery of your order. We only process your gender in order to be able to address you personally. If you have given access to this yourself, we will use your date of birth to send you an email on your birthday with a birthday promotion or discount. We use the email address and telephone number to inform you about your order. If you have given us permission, we will also periodically send you a newsletter by email.

2. Adjust personal data
You can always adjust your data via our webshop. If you have any problems with this, please contact customer service. If you want to unsubscribe from our newsletter, you can do so by clicking "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of our newsletter. You will then no longer receive our newsletter unless you register yourself again.

3. Social media
Geisha uses various social media channels. We use these channels for contact with our customers and various marketing purposes. We can view certain personal data on a number of social media channels. We use the following social media channels:

We do not store this personal data, and we are not responsible for it. You decide what you share with us. You have the right at all times to access the data we have collected about you (right of access), you can have it corrected, supplemented (right to rectification) or anonymized (right to be forgotten), you can request a restriction of the processing of data or oppose automated decision-making. 8. Parental consent
We are obliged to only process personal data of minors after permission from a parent or guardian. If we find out that personal data of minors is nevertheless being processed, we will delete this data within 30 days after discovery, unless we are obliged by law to keep this data.
