To make choosing the perfect outfit a little easier, we at Geisha have put together some great outfits for you. Now we know that there is not one style that is popular with the kids. For this reason we have chosen different styles so there is an outfit for everyone that fits their style. From colleague girl to rebellious tough girl!

 
In this blog, each style will be briefly explained and to that we will immediately add the matching Geisha looks.

The preppy style

The preppy style has been very popular among high school students since 1940, the popularity of the style has only increased since then and also this year the look was seen on the runway. This style features a lot of spencers, white shirts and checkered prints. The shirts are worn separately, but are also often worn under a spencer. This combination of layers is perfect for colder weather. Geisha has many poplin blouses and spencers that go well with this style, combine them with a nice pair of black pants and a pair of loafers or neat sneakers and the look is complete.

Dark Academia

Dark Academia began as a literary genre, but the term is now mostly used for the clothing style that corresponds to the genre. The style is a spin-off of the preppy style, but the main focus here is on the color brown. Brown was also widely spotted on the runways this year and is totally on trend. At Geisha we have many sweaters and tops that match this style, combine them with a brown skirt and high boots and it feels like you just rolled out of a book!

 

Casual

The varsity sweaters and college style are in trend again this school year. These sweaters are perfect for a casual look. To complete the look, you can combine the sweater with cheerful leggings and a pair of white sneakers. A sporty look that is also very comfortable. Comfort is the key of this style. Geisha also has some varsity sweaters with college print that go well with this trend. The leggings are also not missing in our assortment so you can complete the look.

 

Tough rebel

For the tough girls there are also a number of trends that perfectly match their rebel style. What often returns in the trends are flannels, gilets with a checkered print, t-shirts with a graphic design and boyfriend jeans. A combination of these items makes for a nice tough look. Add a pair of black boots and the outfit is complete. At Geisha we have a number of tops that fit well with this style, also the baggy jeans are not missing in our collection.
